An important element of caring for safety are inspections of buses carrying them to the place of spending holidays. During the checks, first of all the technical condition of the bus and its equipment will be checked. Of course, driver’s sobriety and his driving license as well.
The police have prepared a list of places of control, which contains a list of these points from the country with contact phone numbers, where you will be able to get detailed information on the possibility of ad hoc checks of buses and drivers.
The need for an inspection can also be reported in person to any Police unit or by phone by calling the emergency number 112.
This weekend will be special (25-26 January), because tourists will come to Zakopane (malopolskie region) to support the competitors participating in the World Cup Ski Jumping Championships taking place at Wielka Krokiew.
On roads, you should expect increased traffic, because of travels to the holidays, as well as to ski competitions. From among thousands of people who will go to the competition, many of them will choose a bus or a car as a means of transport.
