Here is some useful help and advice for using the Conference 2018 area of the TISPOL website.
Booking a delegate package
Visit our Delegates page and follow the instructions to book a delegate package and add it to your virtual shopping cart. Once booked for one person, you can add another delegate by doing the same again.
Booking an exhibitor package
Visit our Exhibitors page and choose one of the exhibitor packages. Once you have added the relevant package and provided exhibiting staff details, add the package to your virtual shopping cart. You can then add additional options like accommodation for any exhibiting staff.
What's in my shopping cart?
Your shopping cart appears when you add anything to it, or it an be found on the right hand side of the screen whilst browsing the Conference 2018 pages.
What if I've made a mistake when adding a delegate / exhibitor package to my cart and I need to start again?
Just view your shopping cart, click Remove next to the item you want to remove, and it will be removed, so that you can start again. To change the quantity of an item on this page, edit the quantity number then click Update Cart.
Completing your order ("Checkout")
Once all the items you want are in your shopping cart, simply click on Checkout underneath the shopping cart contents. This will take you through the process of providing your details and making a payment.
Payments can be made for the 2018 Conference by:
- Credit/debit card (payments made in GBP only - TISPOL will contact you within 14 days with a link to make payment)
- Bank Transfer (you can pay in GBP or EUR)
- Cheque (you can pay in GBP or EUR)
Make sure you follow the instructions carefully and go through every step of the checkout process. Your order is placed once you have clicked the final 'Submit order' button and have received a confirmation message that your order has been placed.
However, please remember that your order is only fully confirmed once full payment has cleared and you receive information of your package(s) being fully confirmed.
What happens when my online order is complete?
A confirmation message is displayed. You can also view a printable invoice by following the link that appears. You will also be sent an order confirmation email.
If you don't already have a TISPOL website login account, one will be created for you and you will be given the username and password. Please use this to track the status of your order and to view a printable invoice in future.
Can I track the status of my order and/or view an invoice online?
Yes! Just make sure you're logged in to the TISPOL website, go to the My Account page and click on the Orders tab.
